Guests have access to a shared six-person rooftop hot tub offering panoramic views of Telluride Ski Resort and the surrounding San Juan Mountains.
Depot Avenue is a pedestrian-only thoroughfare, offering a peaceful neighborhood feel while placing you close to the heart of the community. One designated covered parking space for a compact car or small SUV is available off the alley.

The most convenient large group accommodating house in Telluride!
We had an amazing stay at this ski house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was unbelievably convenient—just steps from the slopes and an easy walk to great restaurants, which made everything so effortless. The value we got from that level of convenience was incredible and truly elevated our trip. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained, making it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hosts were fantastic—clear, responsive, and proactive with communication. They were available if anything came up, but honestly, everything went 100% smooth from start to finish. This was the kind of place that lets you focus on enjoying your trip without worrying about logistics. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and stress-free ski getaway.

My favorite place to stay in Telluride!
What a great location and house!! The proximity to the Gondola, and downtown restaurants and bars make this one of my favorite places to stay while in Telluride. The layout of the house, with the hot tub on the roof make for a comfortable stay for a large group. The house has a well- appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds, linens and towels. With six bedrooms, and the loft area, it can easily accommodate groups of up to 12. When making plans to visit Telluride, I always look to see if 445 Depot is available first, before booking anywhere else, it is my home away from home.
