Property Inspector/Project Manager
This is a FT/YR Property Inspector/Project Manager role located in Telluride, CO. This person will be part of our dedicated team of property managers for weekly inspections of our properties as well as responsible for leading projects including daily maintenance tasks, repair work, carpentry, snow removal, maintenance on equipment and all aspects supporting our property management and vacation rentals operations.
The ideal candidate will identify potential issues, troubleshoot and diagnose any issues as well as assign, delegate and be able to fully manage projects for our maintenance team and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate;
- Has a great eye for detail and is highly proficient in using Apple and Microsoft products (computer literacy)
- Is fluent in English
- Has a valid driver license and their own, reliable transportation
Qualifications;
- Strong appreciation for and interest in our field of work - our genuine care for our clients and properties is at the core of our company!
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Be a self-starter and able to work independently, as well as being able to take direction well, stay in close contact with the rest of the team and own projects from start to finish
- Be able to efficiently manage team members through projects to completion
- Have experience with various fields and be able to solve issues from maintenance, carpentry and IT issues
- Experience in property management or a related field is a plus
Pay range is $25-$35/hour DOE.
