Perfect stay and house!
This home is great!! Jenny was a wonderful, professional, friendly and welcoming host. You couldn’t pick a better spot for a group/family visit to Telluride any time of year. Perfect location! Steps to chairlift, in town free shuttle to get anywhere, right next door to market- so convenient! The driveway with parking for 2 small/1 large car is highly coveted in town!The cleanliness of the house was pristine (we had some altitude sickness so when you have to hug the toilet bowl sometimes, it’s such a relief to have it sparkling)There were an abundance of cozy blankets when we needed them. The fireplace was so perfect to enjoy apres ski.

Amazing!
We could not have enjoyed our stay more! Jenny and the Basecamp Management team were so helpful and super responsive! She even had gifts for us (and each child based on their age) when we arrived and all the lights were on for when we checked in that evening. The house is right beside the Galloping Goose bus stop and next door to Clark’s Market. The linens couldn’t be better! We love Telluride and I highly recommend this town and this house!

Spotless home, well appointed, very responsive and friendly host. Location was very convenient. We were able to walk everywhere, which was especially nice for our 20 something kids. They thought of everything we would possibly need, which was greatly appreciated. Host was wonderful, providing information and recommendations. Would love to stay here again.

Nice and well-stocked home!
Close to the walking path along the river, only about a half mile walk to the gondola, and right next door to a nice grocery store. Downtown is a little far, but still walkable. Well stocked with amenities with nice touches like a bag of coffee and a few treats.

1st Telluride trip!
This was our first trip to Telluride so we were not familiar with the layout of the town. This location is nice and it is across from the grocery store and convenient to pick up food. However, it is a little bit of a walk to the downtown area. Not really too far though.

Great stay!
Everything was 11 out of 10 except for just the heat and lack of A/C. Not that Basecamp can do anything about outside temperatures or the house adding A/C, but some swamp coolers that can truly bring down the temperature in bedrooms at night would be a big deal.Seriously, everything else was perfect.

Highly recommend!
We would highly recommend staying here! The location was an easy 5-10 minute walk to town, grocery store next door, walking path along the river close by, and a beautiful neighborhood. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful!

One of our best ever vacation rental experiences in over 15 years!
Out of 75+ short-term vacation rentals over the past 15 years, this house and entire rental experience was easily one of the best. House was perfect for our group of 6 attending Telluride Bluegrass Festival, hiking, and generally enjoying the lovely little town of Telluride. All was as advertised/pictured. Great home base
We and grown son and DIL had a beautiful trip. This home is spacious yet cozy, from well-furnished living room to excellent kitchen to big dining table, to nice decor. It’s handy to have an unobtrusive store close by. The alpine mountains hold the lovely little town close; the skiing, chairlift within walking distance, gondolas - all great.
