Accommodating up to eleven guests comfortably, this home provides the ideal setting for an unforgettable mountain stay — whether you’re here for world-class skiing, outdoor exploration, or Telluride’s renowned festivals.
Property Overview
Enter the home from West Pacific Street into a spacious foyer with a half bath and adjacent mudroom — complete with ample storage for coats, skis, and outdoor gear. A short staircase leads to the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area.
The chef’s kitchen features premium appliances, including a Viking range, full refrigerator and freezer, and a walk-in pantry. A breakfast bar seats three guests, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, a crockpot, blender, cast-iron skillet, drip and Nespresso coffee makers, and all essentials for at-home dining.
The dining area seats eight comfortably, while the living room offers two sofas, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV — creating a warm, inviting space to gather. The main level also provides access to two private decks: one with an outdoor dining table for six and another with a BBQ grill.
A mini-split A/C and heating system ensures comfort in all seasons.

Home Away From Home
A home away from home, one cannot say enough about 205 S. Oak, Unit B, South Oak Retreat. It is comfortable, roomy and steps away from the lifts. Well maintained, with thoughtful attention to detail, you feel welcomed as soon as you cross the threshold. From the amazing views to the well -stocked kitchen and all the bedroom/bathroom touches- you feel at home and pampered. Being able to walk to the lift to ski is such a great way to enjoy a ski vacation. At night, easy walking accessibility to all that downtown Telluride has to offer makes life easy. If you prefer a night at home to talk, play games or the surf the internet, the South Oak Retreat will keep you relaxed and entertained. Having enjoyed several stays here, I highly recommend staying at this wonderful mountain escape and am look forward to my next trip.

Lovely Ski Getaway
My husband and I had a wonderful stay with friends during our annual ski get-away at this location. The townhouse was so convenient to the gondola, ski rental shop, restaurants, and the quaint main street. No rental car needed. All the rooms were beautifully appointed with tasteful and wonderful decor - so comfy. I enjoyed the color palette used throughout - a very comforting and relaxing feel. All the bedrooms were comfortable with nicely appointed sheets and towels. And, the kitchen - just like being at home! We did not want for anything. We will be baaack!! We highly recommend this for a short or long-term stay. Treat yourself. You deserve it!
