Welcome to Telluride Resort View at Double Diamond, a comfortable and contemporary 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo offering true ski-in/ski-out access at the base of Telluride Ski Resort and Lift 7. Perfectly located in the sought-after Double Diamond complex, this mountain retreat combines style, convenience, and spectacular views — all within easy walking distance of downtown Telluride.
Property Overview
Experience mountain living at its best in this bright and inviting multi-level home. Outdoor adventure is right outside your door — enjoy direct access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, and more. The property also includes access to a shared outdoor hot tub overlooking Lift 7 and the slopes.
Enter the condo on the second floor, where you’ll find two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom with a separate sink area, shower/tub combination, and water closet. A private washer and dryer are also located on this level for convenience.
The next floor features an open concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living area includes a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony with breathtaking views of the ski resort, Ajax Mountain, Ingram Falls, and the box canyon.
The dining area comfortably seats four, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is stocked with high-quality cookware, utensils, and dinnerware for an effortless in-home dining experience. A powder room is also located on this floor.

We had the best time in telluride!
We loved staying at Jenny’s place at the Double Diamond! She was such a great host last year, we couldn’t help but to use her place again this year! She always exceeds our expectations. This was the best Airbnb experience I’ve had in years!
This was the best Airbnb experience I’ve had in years. The property itself was lovely—even better than the photos. Walkable to every corner of town, but if you’re not into walking the Galloping Goose comes right to the front door. The gondola is also a short pleasant stroll away on the river path.The property was stocked with every possible thing you might need: toiletries, sunscreen, cleaning supplies, detergent, camp chairs, tote bags, board games, kitchen appliances, etc. This is a random detail but I really appreciated how sharp the knives were.Jenny our host was amazing. She gave us a personal tour of the property, provided some great recommendations including some free music in town. She also bent over backwards to help one of us find parking since we ended up having one more car than the amount of parking permits the property was allotted. The welcome gift of a handwritten note and Telluride truffles was the icing on the cake!I’d definitely stay here again.

Great condo and great location!
Loved the location of this condo! Steps from lift 7 and if renting skis, Telluride Sports ( Cimarron location) is right there too by the lift as well as a ticket office. Plenty of room for our family of 4 (3 adults and one 16 year old). Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Town bus would stop right in front of the condo and take us downtown Telluride. Jenny and Wanda were both wonderful to work with! We would stay here again!

Fantastic property! Legit 30sec walk to lift 7. The local town shuttle stopped right out front to take us Main Street. Anytime I had a question, they gave a direct number to text/call. Hands down I would stay here again.

Wonderful all around!
Jenny was absolutely wonderful. She met us at check in and helped us get our luggage inside. She had great recommendations for food and activities for my toddler. She was available day and night and always responded quickly. The place is in a perfect location, in walking distance to most everything, or the free shuttle around town is fantastic too!
